you would be hard-pressed to find a better day…
BECAUSE
there were so many emotional victories. Evan Dunfee won bronze in the 50km race walk, Moh Ahmed winning his first medal (silver in the 5,000m), Andre De Grasse winning his sixth Olympic medal (bronze in the 4x100m relay), and the women’s soccer team finally winning gold after two consecutive bronze medals. Nobody can deny that this is a great day for Canadian sports.
